I opted for paperless billing which was supposedly replaced by receiving an email copy, not so! I get a text with a link to view it only. There is a link to download a pdf version which is what I need to get reimbursement from my employer, however this has never worked. Every month I have to email or text or call and spend ages to sort it out. Right now I have been trying to get in touch and awaiting emails etc. Hi I'm from N. Ireland UK. I signed up with a different company several mo this ago. I was going on vacation to USA. I put a call bolt on, on my phone enabling me to make calls back home. I asked about internet access bolt ons. However I misunderstood the rates and by my replies this is quite evident. The phone calls were recorded and the supervisor had said while I was given the correct information you could tell I didn't understand what was being said.
I have made several calls to this company with employees telling me they would call me back and I've had no return calls. I then emailed them and I have had no reply. This money has been taken from my bank account already.
I'm very upset and annoyed with the service I've received. This has been going on since Nov 1st I was with the last company for 14 years and never had any problems like this.

The contract ran out at the end of June and I was going to leave them and go to another provider because I wanted to be on my own plan with just 1 line and wanted unlimited data so I could use my phone as a hot spot so I could have WiFi in my home.
