Edit this page. History Talk 0. However, it's crammed with resources and XP once the player is done with the very few quests available. Herbalists, miners, leatherworkers, and fishers can spend a few levels in Azshara honing their professions. There are humanoid monsters that drop cloth, which gives the tailors something to do. Several classes will also be visiting Azshara to complete their high-level quests.

Players are clearing a path to Blackrock Mountain when they work through Searing Gorge. There aren't exactly a huge amount of quests here, but the ones here are tough and long , with some leading into the nearby dungeons.

This zone is popular with miners and blacksmiths trying to grind rep with the Thorium Brotherhood. Five of the most notorious dungeons in the game are located between this zone and the Burning Steppes next door, and three of them are raids. It's the only dungeon in Blackrock Mountain that isn't a raid, and it's also one of the biggest instances in Classic WoW. It houses a massive jail, a gladiator's ring, Azeroth's best tavern, and the city of Blackrock Depths itself.

Certain areas can only be reached with keys and attunement to the Molten Core raid nearby requires visiting its lowest, most dangerous caverns.

There is a myriad of quests here, some that start in the instance, and several of them award BiS items you can take to the other instances in this mountain. There's enough to do to keep a party busy for some time. This dungeon deserves an entry of its own.

There are lots of quests to do here, which is an obvious draw, but this dungeon is also connected to others through the lore and items. The quests in ZF might have been links that started in the Hinterlands that will eventually lead players to higher-level dungeons like Sunken Temple and eventually the Zul'Gurub raid. This is an ideal zone for leveling, even if it isn't exactly one of the prettier ones. It's essential to visit to grind rep with the Timbermaw Tribe and the Cenarion Circle by killing various monsters and collecting certain items.

Herbalists and warlocks will appreciate this zone more than others. It stays a popular herb-farming route for characters even at max level. Warlocks visit Feralas to finish a portion of their high-level class quests. There's a lonely orc ghost standing by the road leading south from the Swamp of Sorrows, and it's one of the few quests you'll find throughout the zone. The long quest chain he sends you on barely even takes place in the Blasted Lands, but it includes some interesting lore that's tied to the upcoming expansion.

Comment by zids Upper Blackrock Spire is no longer a low level dungeon. Comment by tdboer Very useful guide! Had a lot of fun with the Westfall storyline.

Comment by cberger2 It is and the guide is still fantastic! As a noob, I try and visit this guide any time I start a new zone. Comment by Skiaravensong When I typed "wow leveling guide" into google this guide was the first link that popped up.

In a nostalgic way it really warmed my heart. Comment by Tansas Hey if any of you guys are interested, there's this leveling guide I found if your interested. Comment by thorr69 Last I checked, Deadmines weren't in Kalimdor.

Comment by PsykiraKohime Fyi, i did a check, i was able to enter Razorfen Downs as low as level 32, so i am not sure how many of the dungeons are inaccurate.

Comment by dirtgrubdylan I was able to just pick up quests from NPCs guiding me to the next level zone, but I don't really see a quest like that in Silithus. The only quest I have gotten like that, in Silithus, was to Blasted Lands, which is the same level range. Is there any quest here that will lead me to Outland or Northrend? Comment by crioTimmy I'm a bit late to ask, probably, but still Imagine my dissappointment when all the "involvement" turned out to be just a short piece of a dialogue with enraged Drek'Tar, who sells the Forsaken to hell.

Also, there was no "Plants vs Zombies" questchain. According to the in-game achievement journal, I did all the quests in Hillsbrad. Did I do something wrong?
