I honestly don't think Bishibosh even spawns on the PS4 version. I asked Blizzard about possibly fixing it but I'd have a better chance winning the lottery then getting a response. I did like Weeping Hollows runs with around of those having a Den of the Fallen spawn. Of those Dens only 60 or so items dropped off the corpse on the 2nd floor, and yeah none of those were Wirt's Original Leg. That is the only item that still eludes me to this day!
